Cloud and Bare-metal

Our platform is built on a combination of cloud and bare-metal servers consisting of Load Balancers, high available database services, SIP servers, InfluxDB servers for enhanced CDR, Voicemail and call recording environments.

We currently utilize a variation of Cisco UCS and Dell servers for our environment to ensure fault tolerance, DR replication and load balancers. We also provide DNS servers with SRV support for registering to multiple voice servers in the event of an outage.

VOIP Optimized Network Peering

DialPath currently provides a SIP only network for our phone customers and rely heavily on peering with many end-user carriers as possible (i.e. Comcast, FiOS, AT&T, Windstream, etc). Since only voice traffic is allowed on our VOIP network, you can ensure we have the highest quality possible with your end user.
